We are looking for a sharp, high-bandwidth Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts. You won't just be filling seats; you will be building the DNA of our company. You are a master of outbound sourcing, a natural "people person," and someone who understands how to sell a vision, not just a job description.
What You'll Do
o
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire hiring process from the initial intake meeting with founders to the signed offer letter.

Strategic Sourcing: Move beyond job boards. You will actively hunt passive talent on LinkedIn, GitHub, and other niche platforms.
o
Referral Engine: Build and incentivize an internal referral culture to tap into the team's existing networks.
o
Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a seamless, professional, and exciting experience, regardless of the outcome.
o
Process Optimization: Help us build a lightweight, data-driven recruiting stack (ATS selection, interview rubrics, and feedback loops).

Articulate & Persuasive: You have elite communication skills. You can explain complex technical or business goals clearly and infectious enthusiasm.

LinkedIn Power User: You know how to use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and personalized outreach to get high response rates.

The "Startup Mindset": You are scrappy and move fast. You don't wait for applicants to come to you; you go find them.
o
High EQ: You can read between the lines during interviews to assess not just skills, but cultural add and intrinsic motivation.
o
Organized: You can balance 5-10 active roles at once without letting candidates slip through the cracks.
