Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth hiring process. Deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 months of HR recruitment experience

(mandatory). Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary:

Up to ?30,000 in-hand + Meal Facilities
