We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be confident in sourcing, calling, screening, and closing positions using both free and paid job portals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle Create and update s Source candidates using free & paid portals Hands-on experience with Naukri (Resdex), LinkedIn, Indeed and other Job portals Conduct telephonic screening & shortlisting Schedule interviews with hiring managers Collect candidate documents and coordinate joining formalities Maintain candidate data and hiring trackers Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and Conduct interviews via phone or in-person Meet weekly hiring targets related to calls and interviews

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience in End-to-End Recruitment (mandatory) Freshers need not apply Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring Strong communication, screening, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Looking for a long-term opportunity
