Job Title: HR - IT Recruiter Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified IT professionals while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (developers, engineers, analysts, testers, DevOps, etc.) Understand technical requirements and job specifications from hiring managers Create and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms 2. Sourcing & Screening Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and role-specific criteria Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual) 3. Interview Coordination Schedule technical and managerial interviews Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders Collect and manage interview feedback 4. Offer & Onboarding Prepare and negotiate offers as per company guidelines Manage offer rollouts and follow-ups Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities 5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports 6. Employer Branding & Compliance Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain confidentiality and comply with HR policies Support employer branding initiatives when required Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Experience 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment (corporate or consultancy) Technical Skills Understanding of IT technologies (Java, Python, .NET, SAP, Cloud, etc.) Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) Familiarity with ATS and MS Excel/Google Sheets Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and coordination abilities Time management and multitasking skills Preferred Skills Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring Knowledge of salary structures and market trends Experience in startup or fast-paced environments Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Time to close positions Offer acceptance rate Candidate quality and retention Hiring manager satisfaction
