Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
Proficiency in ATS tools, MS Office, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn or Naukri.com.?
Strong communication skills, knowledge of Indian labour laws, and ability to handle high-volume hiring.?
Preferred Skills
Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment.?
Familiarity with compliance-heavy industries like legal or consulting services.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and negotiate offers.?
Manage onboarding, maintain applicant tracking systems, and provide recruitment reports to leadership.?
