Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for

Faridabad, Pune, and Ahmedabad

locations. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Maintain continuous follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers. Support offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports. Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.

Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR or Management preferred 6 months to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience Good communication and coordination skills

Software Skills:

Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) Google Sheets Email and scheduling tools
