Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct resume screening and preliminary interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Maintain an updated pipeline and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.).
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
Manage job postings across platforms to attract quality applicants.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
