Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen CVs and conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation
Build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements
Promote company culture and employer branding during interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR/Management or relevant field
1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Good understanding of HR processes and onboarding
