Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments.
Co-ordinate with Vendors for hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and track the status of each profile.
Prepare, follow up, and close offers in coordination with Director.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation (if required).
Assist in defining, maintaining, and tracking KRAs for employees.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
Handle people management activities, employee queries, and basic HR operations.
Maintain professional communication with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
(due to internal team requirements).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of HR terms, HR policies, and recruitment processes.
Knowledge of KRA/KPI creation and tracking.
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.
Good people management and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in MS Office and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
