We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should be able to source, assess, and close suitable profiles within defined timelines, especially for BPO requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower needs to onboarding candidates
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal database, references, and networking
Conduct initial screening to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain regular follow-ups
Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiation, and joining formalities
Maintain daily recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports
Handle both bulk hiring and niche hiring based on business requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR recruitment
Strong experience in BPO hiring preferred
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
