Profile Summary



We are seeking a motivated

HR Recruiter

with

8 months to 1 year of experience

in

recruitment and hiring

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the

end-to-end recruitment process

, ensuring timely closures and quality hires. Candidates with a

Master's, Graduation, or MBA in HR

are encouraged to apply.

You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent across multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, Support, Digital Marketing, Writing, and Administrative roles.

Key Roles and Responsibilities



Manage the

end-to-end recruitment

process for Non-IT and IT roles -- from sourcing to onboarding. Gather

hiring requirements

from department heads and prepare clear, detailed job descriptions. Source and screen candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine), referrals, and social media platforms. Conduct

bulk hiring

and walk-in drives for high-volume recruitment needs. Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure timely feedback and

hiring decisions

. Maintain recruitment trackers and report on

hiring progress

and performance metrics. Build a talent pipeline for ongoing and future

recruitment

requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance the candidate experience and ensure smooth

hiring processes

. Ensure adherence to

recruitment SLAs

and organizational compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Education:

Master's / Graduation / MBA in HR or related field ( Preferred)

Experience:

Minimum

8 months to 1 year

in

recruitment or HR operations

. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and candidate screening techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals, hiring tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously with efficiency.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
