We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds. Manage job postings and ensure timely updates on open positions. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Handle onboarding formalities and documentation of selected candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
