Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform full cycle recruitment for open positions sourcing, shortlisting, coordinating hiring process offer negotiation etc.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
Create or post job description on career website and social media.
Working closely with HR team and hiring managers for the constant improvement of the hiring process.
Manage Recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners.
Develop and maintain continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in human resource or related field
Should have basic knowledge about the recruitment cycle and end to end sourcing of candidates
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
high on enthusiasm and energy
Take initiative, develop & execute new concepts on hiring mid-level talent
Ability to remain focused & goal oriented.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
