Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across various departments. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent sourcing strategies, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.). Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications. Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback throughout the recruitment cycle. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Participate in employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns, and networking events. Stay up to date with hiring trends and labor laws to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (typically 1-3 years for entry-mid level roles). Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
