Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Hiring Partner to join our team in Gurugram. This full-time, on-site role focuses on managing the recruitment lifecycle for product, sales and customer experience positions, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our innovative travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Build a robust talent pipeline for all roles.
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline interview processes.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
Maintain accurate recruitment records using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated on recruitment trends to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.
Requirements
1-3 years of recruitment experience.
Proven ability to source and hire for technical and sales roles.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
