Job Description

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Understand staffing needs and specific requirements for each role.

Create and Post s:

Develop compelling job postings and disseminate them across various platforms.

Source Candidates:

Utilize various channels like LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other online platforms to find potential candidates.

Screen Resumes and Applications:

Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on qualifications and experience.

Conduct Interviews:

Perform initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.

Schedule and Coordinate Interviews:

Organize interviews with hiring teams and manage the interview process.

Communicate Offers and Manage Negotiation:

Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation and benefits.

Ensure a Positive Candidate Experience:

Provide timely updates and maintain open communication with all candidates.

Ensure an Inclusive Hiring Process:

Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.

Track and Report on Hiring Metrics:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment and provide regular reports.

Onboarding:

May also be involved in the onboarding process for new hires.
