. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent while also acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
for various roles across departments and seniority levels.
Handle client interactions
, understanding job requirements, providing regular updates, and building strong professional relationships.
Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters;
train, guide, and supervise
junior team members to ensure target achievement.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other innovative methods.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet manpower needs within the required TAT.
Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics like TAT, quality of hire, and conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable employment laws.
Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence to provide strategic inputs to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
Minimum
3 years of experience in recruitment
, with exposure to
client handling
and
team leading
responsibilities.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles, clients, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
