Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

HR Recruiter

to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will collaborate with department managers to ensure we attract and hire top talent in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Source candidates using various platforms (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment databases. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process. Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire). Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
