We're looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Triumph Auto. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source and attract candidates, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding--all to help build a high-performing team in a dynamic automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies (job portals, social media, referrals, on?campus events)
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments
Schedule and coordinate hiring manager interviews; ensure timely feedback loops.
Conduct background/reference checks and assist in extending offer letters, salary negotiation, and joining formalities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and tracker updates in the ATS.
Drive employer branding efforts during job fairs, campus drives, and internal events.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
2+ years of full?cycle
Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation
