Key Responsibilities:
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for high-volume hiring across various non-IT domains such as operations, customer support, sales, logistics, field staff, etc.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins
, and vendor coordination.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Conduct initial HR interviews and share feedback with the respective stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and databases for candidate pipelines.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HR operations team.
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in
bulk or volume hiring
, preferably in a
non-IT environment

Good understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods.
Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
Proficiency in using
Excel, job portals, and recruitment tools

Educational Qualification:
