As an HR Recruiter at NexionPro, you will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for various positions within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, assist in developing recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of channels to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screening and Shortlisting:

Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on their skills, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Candidate Engagement:

Maintain regular contact with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather feedback.

Job Postings:

Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they are engaging and accurately reflect the role and company.

Database Management:

Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Recruitment Reporting:

Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Compliance:

Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:

Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR roles are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
