Source candidates
through portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Screen resumes
, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with department heads for
interview feedback
and final selection.
Prepare and release
offer letters
and coordinate onboarding formalities.
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers
and MIS reports regularly.
Build and maintain a
candidate pipeline
for future requirements.
Ensure
timely closure
of open positions as per hospital needs.
Support HR team in
induction and orientation programs

Maintain
confidentiality
and uphold organizational HR policies.
Required Skills:
