We are looking for an experienced

HR Recruiter

to manage end-to-end recruitment for various hospital positions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in

healthcare talent acquisition

, be proactive in sourcing candidates, and ensure smooth hiring operations to meet manpower requirements on time.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for hospital departments (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Admin, Support Staff, etc.).

Source candidates

through portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Screen resumes

, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews. Coordinate with department heads for

interview feedback

and final selection. Prepare and release

offer letters

and coordinate onboarding formalities. Maintain and update

recruitment trackers

and MIS reports regularly. Build and maintain a

candidate pipeline

for future requirements. Ensure

timely closure

of open positions as per hospital needs. Support HR team in

induction and orientation programs

. Maintain

confidentiality

and uphold organizational HR policies.

Required Skills:



Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of hospital functions and designations Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools Basic Excel & HR documentation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualification:



Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
