DR. Aravind's IVF is looking for an experienced and dynamic

HR Recruiter Head

to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong recruitment strategies, managing the hiring team, and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recruitment team Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for medical and non-medical roles Develop effective

sourcing strategies

and talent pipelines Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Manage

job postings on portals, screening, interviews, and offer processes

Requirements:

Minimum

5 to 6 years of experience

in HR recruitment Prior experience in healthcare/hospital recruitment Added advantage Knowledge of

recruitment portals and hiring tools

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
