Following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they have any issues such as compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc. Should have (preferably) handled hiring for outbound tele sales candidates for international market Preparing and updating HR policies and procedures Should be able to manage vendors Key Skills: BPO Recruitment HR Policies Grievance Handling Employee Development Retention Induction On-boarding HR Employee Engagement Employee Relations HR Operations Performance Management Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a specialization in BPO hiring, outbound sales, and bulk recruitment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
