About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
HR Recruiter
to join our team and lead the
end-to-end recruitment process
for real estate sales and field roles. If you are passionate about talent acquisition, have exceptional sourcing skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates aggressively through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and cold calling.
Maintain a strong daily pipeline of quality candidates for sales and field positions.
Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closures within defined SLAs.
Conduct HR screening interviews, shortlist relevant profiles, and coordinate with department heads for subsequent rounds.
Maintain and update recruitment MIS and trackers on a daily/weekly basis.
Organize and conduct
walk-ins, job fairs, and mass hiring drives
as required.
Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, joining follow-ups, and work towards minimizing no-show/dropout ratios.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related discipline.
2-5 years of hardcore recruitment experience
(Real Estate industry preferred).
Proven expertise in
headhunting, sourcing, and closing positions
under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Highly proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling pressure in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of
ATS or recruitment tracking tools
will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
