2-5 years (Real Estate or High-Volume Recruitment Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, referrals, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a strong daily pipeline of candidates for sales and field roles within the real estate sector.
Ensure timely closure of open positions by handling multiple mandates under tight deadlines.
Conduct initial HR screening calls and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment MIS and trackers on a daily/weekly basis.
Organize and conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and participate in mass hiring events as needed.
Manage offer negotiations, joining formalities, and reduce no-show/dropout rates through effective follow-up.
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
2-5 years of
hardcore recruitment experience
, preferably in the real estate industry or similar high-pressure environments.
Strong skills in sourcing, headhunting, and screening candidates.
Confident with telephonic interviews and closing positions independently.
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setup.
Familiarity with ATS or recruitment management tools will be an added advantage.
