• Working with business partners and understanding hiring requirements & role understanding.

• Manage recruitment & hiring process - sourcing; setting up interviews, ensure attendance of candidate in interview, offer negotiation, timely joining, documentation completion

• Manage smooth onboarding & induction for new hires / team members

• Develop network in the industry to generate references / word of mouth / organic hiring

• Maintaining / updating MIS as per SOP\xe2\x80\x99s

• Performing primary reference and background checks (and 3rd party outsourced as needed)

• Ensure hiring through portals/ internal and external reference/social media sites.

Experience and desirables:

• Graduate with 1 to 3 yrs of Experience overall.
• Candidate should possess excellent communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Hiring & Recruitment and MS Excel.
• Experience in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Hotels & QSR preferred
