We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter (UK Recruitment) hands on UK and US recruitment and worked in MNC. You will be responsible to provide the support to UK team for their HR Services majorly on recruitments. Roles and Responsibilities: - Engages with the support team, which handles on-boarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate database. Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for professionals in the UK. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. Preparing candidates for screening with the clients. Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements in a timely manner. Coordinate with the UK team and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements. Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position. Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Required candidate skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. 1-2 years of experience of working as a HR Recruiter. Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels. The ability to work well under pressure. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and to prioritize your workload.
