We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and develop clear job descriptions. Actively search for candidates through job portals, social networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable applicants. Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads. Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities. Follow up with selected candidates and support the onboarding process. Help manage basic HR documentation and support day-to-day HR functions.

What We're Looking For:

trong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in interacting with candidates across different roles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with hiring tools is helpful but not required. Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, though freshers are welcome to apply.
