Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT & Non-IT roles.
Lead and guide the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and strategies.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple platforms.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Handle client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant field preferred.
3-4 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Proven experience in
team management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
