Job description

1)HR Recruitment cycle (100%).

2)Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating from junior to senior level positions.

3)Coordination with the shortlisted candidates on the DOJ and joining formalities for the offered candidate.

4)Source top talent through networking, job boards, referrals.

5)Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment strategies.

6)Hiring for 3 hotels recruitment(Ahmedabad and Rajasthan)

7)Take ownership of recruitment

Required Candidate profile

1)Must have worked as a Recruiter and having good communication skills.

2)Must have Portal experience like job portals

3)Responsible for identifying talent that meets client's requirements.

4)Hotel Recruitment experience will be advantage

5)Handle the presuree and fulfill the requirements

salary:- 20k - 30k
