Job Summary We are looking for a people radar with sharp instincts and a talent-hunting mindset. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet the company's workforce needs. The role requires strong communication skills, decision-making ability, and the drive to close positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements from hiring managers Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media Source candidates through job portals, references, databases, and networking Screen resumes and shortlist candidates Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers Perform initial HR screening and salary discussions Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker Follow up with selected candidates till onboarding Ensure smooth joining and documentation process Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs Required Skills Strong communication and convincing skills Good understanding of recruitment process Ability to work on multiple positions at the same time Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring Basic knowledge of HR operations Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Qualifications Graduate / MBA in HR preferred 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
