Key Responsibilities



Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist in onboarding and documentation of new joiners. Meet hiring targets and timelines. Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, MBA (HR) preferred. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive. Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Good understanding of recruitment metrics. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools/ATS.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
