Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer rollout.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structures, and skill needs.
2. Talent Sourcing
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and skill assessments.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
4. Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with HR manager/department heads and manage communication with candidates.
Ensure timely feedback collection and next-step coordination.
5. Candidate Experience
Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
6. Reporting & Database Management
Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment software or Excel trackers.
Prepare hiring status reports, TAT tracking, and open position summaries.
7. Employer Branding
Promote the company's values and culture through job ads, social media, and campus engagement.
Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
8. Recruitment Strategy Support
Support HR Manager in improving recruitment strategies and reducing hiring turnaround time.
Analyze hiring trends and contribute to workforce planning efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1 years of experience in recruiting (in-house or consultancy).
Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), and ATS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions with a sense of urgency.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
