Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews Coordinating with hiring managers for requirements and feedback Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers Ensuring smooth offer rollout and candidate joining Achieving hiring targets within timelines

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Regional) Experience in BFSI hiring preferred Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Strong follow-up and negotiation skills Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred)
