Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Conduct background checks and verify references.
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
