You will work closely with hiring managers, founders, and technical teams to ensure we attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
Source and close candidates for roles such as:
Software Developers (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack)
Data Engineers, Analysts, ML Engineers
QA, DevOps, Cloud, Mobile Developers
Use
LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, GitHub, referrals, and ATS
to build pipelines.
Conduct
technical pre-screening
(tech stack, projects, real-world experience).
Coordinate interviews with tech teams and follow up till offer closure.
Negotiate CTC, manage offers, joining, and documentation.
Campus & University Hiring
Build relationships with
engineering colleges and universities
in Bangalore & Hyderabad.
Coordinate with
TPOs (Training & Placement Officers)
for:
Campus drives
Internships
Graduate hiring
Plan and execute:
Pre-placement talks
Online/offline hiring drives
Hackathons, internship programs
Screen and shortlist students based on technical skills, aptitude, and projects.
Recruitment Operations
Maintain
candidate pipelines, trackers, and hiring reports
.
Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely communication.
Work with HR Ops for onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
