, not an internal HR role. You will manage sourcing, screening, coordination, client communication and closures.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing
Handle recruitment for
India & GCC countries
across engineering, technical and blue-collar categories.
Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, agents, references and offline sourcing.
Screen resumes, evaluate suitability, conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist profiles.
Manage end-to-end hiring cycle: sourcing ? screening ? interview coordination ? selection ? onboarding.
Coordination & Client Interaction
Coordinate interviews, assessments, trade test scheduling, documentation etc.
Share shortlisted candidate details with clients and follow up for feedback.
Maintain good communication with candidates and reduce drop-out ratio.
Operations & Documentation
Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, MIS & status updates.
Support document collection, passport check, medical/visa coordination (when needed).
Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future bulk requirements.
Domestic & International Hiring Exposure
Domestic hiring for manufacturing/engineering & middle-level roles.
International hiring for GCC clients for skilled/blue-collar roles.
Experience with bulk hiring drives is an added advantage.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Minimum 2-4 years experience in a
recruitment consultancy agency
(not HR generalist).
Strong sourcing skills & hands-on experience with job portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills.
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.
Target & result-driven mindset.
Experience in Oil & Gas/GCC hiring preferred but not mandatory.
Must be willing to work full-time from office (Vadodara).
