As an HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for high-volume hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently. This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk or high-volume hiring.

Recruitment Tools:

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job portals.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to manage large numbers of candidates and maintain accurate records.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or MBA in HR is preferred.
