Job Description

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative HR activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements and company policies.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.

Ensure compliance with PMS, labor laws such as PF, ESI, and labor welfare schemes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's & Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in HR.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient with HRMS software and MS Office.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
