Roles and Responsibilities :
Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, bulk hiring, campus hiring, and other methods.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet the company's standards.
Job Requirements :
3-10 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role.
Proven track record in successful talent acquisition and retention.
Strong understanding of Manufacturing services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

To understand the for the allocated position.
To gather data from various sources available and conduct the screening of the candidate for the desired profile and suitability for the company.
Coordinate with the interviewer for the final round of the interview.
To provide the received feedback to the recruitment head and take the necessary actions as suggested by them.
To ensure interviews are conducted as per the defined process.
To fill the position in the TAT and work accordingly to the target allocation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
