Position Overview



We are looking for a

proactive and result-driven Recruiter & Admin Executive

to manage

end-to-end recruitment processes

and

key administrative tasks

. The ideal candidate is highly organised, communicative, and skilled in negotiation, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and maintain accurate data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Manage the complete hiring lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Draft and post compelling job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent. Identify and explore

new sourcing channels, job portals, and recruitment strategies

. Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for smooth interview and joining processes. Maintain and grow a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.

2. Recruitment Data & Reporting



Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS using

Excel / Google Sheets

. Track hiring metrics: openings, closures, joining status, timelines, and recruitment efficiency. Provide insights and reports to management for informed decision-making.

3. Candidate Management & Negotiation



Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers professionally. Ensure a

positive candidate experience

from interview to joining. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates, vendors, and recruitment partners.

4. Administration & HR Support



Handle daily office administration and operational support tasks. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and onboarding formalities. Assist management with coordination, scheduling, and general administrative support.

5. Strategy & Process Improvement



Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and administrative processes. Stay updated with market trends, talent acquisition best practices, and innovative sourcing methods.

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

Minimum

1 year

in Recruitment, HR, or Administration

Key Skills & Competencies



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities Proficiency in

Excel / Google Sheets

and data management Highly organised, proactive, and multitask-oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets efficiently
