Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for design, technical, and support roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Manage offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in onboarding and induction processes
Support attendance, leave records, and basic HR reporting
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for office requirements
Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruiting for design or technical roles
Basic knowledge of HR operations and compliance
Proactive and problem-solving attitude
