We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support our IT hiring requirements. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand job requirements for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and technical panels.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in offer rollout and joining formalities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support HR team in recruitment-related documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training can be provided).
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome; up to 6 months of IT recruitment experience is an added advantage.
