We have an opening for an

HR Recruiter

in one of the leading staffing companies based in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional who can handle end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:

Experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,523.50 - ₹29,540.68 per month
