Job Description

Understand job requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers. Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms and social media. Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, networking, and direct searches. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and recruitment databases. Conduct reference checks and support in salary negotiations. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support onboarding activities for selected candidates. Monitor hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports when required. Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR databases, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
