We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle--from identifying staffing needs to sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates. You will work closely with department heads to ensure timely and efficient hiring aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule further rounds.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS tools.
Good understanding of HR processes and employment regulations.
Preferred Skills:
Experience hiring in architectural, design, or engineering industries (optional).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
