Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (phone/video), and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain applicant tracking systems.
Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating background checks or offer letters.
Promote the company's employer brand and culture to attract talent.
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) and report on hiring activity.
Stay up to date with labor legislation, recruitment trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
