Role: HR RecruiterLocation: Ahmedabad (On-site

)Experience: 2+ years (campus recruitment exposure preferred)

Compensation: Based on current + interview performance (approx. ?20,000-?25,000/month)

What You'll Do:Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple entities (India & UAE verticals).Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, free job boards, referrals, alumni groups, and direct outreach -- no paid portals!Conduct campus placement drives, internship programs, and hiring campaigns independently.Partner with business heads to understand manpower needs and close positions quickly.Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and performance reports on Zoho Recruit / Excel.What We're Looking For:A go-getter recruiter with creative sourcing skills and strong follow-through.Someone who enjoys connecting with people and believes "hiring is an art, not a transaction."Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.Prior experience in campus hiring or bulk recruitment will be an added advantage.Why Join Us:Exposure to multi-country hiring (India & UAE).Opportunity to work directly with senior HR leaders.Culture that rewards initiative, not hierarchy.If you're ready to build great teams without burning budgets, we want to meet you!
