to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions within the organization, primarily focusing on field sales, service engineers, trainers, back-office staff, and other automobile industry profiles.
This role will also involve supporting the HR Manager in daily HR operations and coordinating various employee-related processes.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
Identify suitable candidates through multiple platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and networking channels.
Prepare and publish job postings internally and externally.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and documentation.
Ensure smooth joining procedures and onboarding formalities.
Maintain strong follow-up with candidates until joining and ensure proper handover to training and reporting managers.
Work towards achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
HR Support Functions (Secondary Responsibility)
Support HR Manager in attendance monitoring, leave management, compliance documentation, and employee record maintenance.
Assist in organizing training sessions, company events, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate payroll input such as attendance, joining/leaving details, confirmations, and probation tracking.
Support in maintaining company policies, SOPs, and HR documentation.
Coordinate induction and training of new joiners.
